Series H3 "Dune"

System
It consists of three unified families U45/M11/X32; X31/X32/M11 and G1/M11/X32. The series allows you to create retaining walls, shore protection systems, marine gabbions; berths for recreational fleet with a draft of up to 3m; beach sections and wet garages.

1. A series of fittings using "sea walls" in structures, implemented using fixing concrete frames, manifolds and bundles of horizontal [one on top of the other] or vertical HDPE pipes.
The bundles are joined together by rebar and filled with concrete through manifolds.
Or the pipes are combined into a sea fence.
2. Thus, the structure consists of nodal fittings with mounting for the frame, manifolds and standard HDPE pipes forming a bundle, frame columns and truss beams.
3. Used seawall frame for tube diameter 125mm and frame column d=160mm.
125/160mm form factor: [M12] - straight manifold and [M13] - angled [tee]
4. Unlike the rest of the HYDRANTULA series, the H3 series is not transparent to waves, contains solid surfaces (sea walls) and is mainly used for terraced coastal reinforcement, the creation of malls, breakwaters, mooring and marine gabions, as well as wet boathouses.
5. H3 structures create significant hydrological disturbances in the sea and rivers and provoke erosion or alluvium of sediments, therefore their installation is preferable on a rocky bottom or after consulting with specialists in hydraulic engineering.
6. The main advantages of the H3 series are the low weight of the empty formwork; the ability to assemble relatively large monolithic structures.
7. The series consists of:
G1 - fitting for wet SeaGarage boathouses
X31/X32/ U45 - fittings for terrace shore reinforcement
J11 and M11 manifolds
X0 - fitting for free-standing shore erosion protection SeaWall

X31 - for slopes of 30°...45° works with J11, M11 manifold.
U45 - for slopes of 45° works with J11, M11 manifold
Terraces can be straight [steps], zigzag, scaled, or mixed.
The shape of the terraces allows you to reduce the number of fittings, pipes, or reduce the volume of rubble and pebbles being moved by repeating the natural water cut. To implement an architectural design or adjust the shape of an artificial dune.
It is possible to create "gabion" tiers at the retaining walls.
8. The H3 series family of fittings, designed to create marine structures filled with rock (rubble) for ice stability. Unlike the Dune family, they are not designed for terracing.

Like all HYDRANTULA fittings, they are non-removable formwork for concrete.
10. The fittings have pinched elements and, after filling the rock or rubble into the "pockets", they are securely fixed by gravity.


Series H3
1. DUNE - это семейство фитингов для создания террасированного берега и мелководья.

U45 - для склонов 45° трубная пачка формата 125/160 работает с манифолдом M12, M13
Террассы могут быть прямыми [ступеньки], зигзагом, чешуей либо смешанными.
Форма террасс позволяет сократить количество фитингов, труб или сократить объем перемещаемого бута и гальки за счет повтора естесственного уреза воды. Реализовать архитектурный замысел или скорректировать форму искусственной дюны.
Возможно создание "габионных" ярусов у подпорных стен.
DUNE
1. Семейство фитингов серии H3, предназначенное для для создания морских конструкций, наполняемых для ледовой устойчивости скалой (бутом). В отличие от семейстаа Dune - не предназначены для террасирования.
2. Семейство состоит из самонесущих фитингов основания для морской стены
X0 - для ровного дна
X32 - верхних элементов рамок Seawall
M12 / M13 манифолд
Как и все фитинги HYDRANTULA представляют из себя несъемную опалубку для бетона.
3. Фитинги имеют защемляемые элементы и после засыпки скалы или бута в "карманы" надежно закрепляются гравитационно.
SeaWall
1. The SeaGarage fitting system [G1, J11, M11] is designed to create wet garages (single, double and collective) located at a distance from the shore or embedded in a armour shore, embankment (SeawallGarage).

4. A wet garage does not have a solid, "sealed" floor by default, as it will be swept up to one degree or another during storms.
When designing a garage, it is recommended to provide for an excessive floor depth [compared to the draft of a watercraft] to compensate for future sediments.
5. The surface part and special garage doors are designed, purchased and installed separately.
The use of vertical columns provided in the G1 fitting is optional.
6. When placing wet garages, it is necessary to take into account the wind rose, the predominant direction of storm waves, the movement of ice fields and the speed of sweeping the garage floor (or gate) with bottom sediments.
7. Incorrect garage placement or incorrect orientation of the gate can make the garage unsuitable for further operation.
There are water areas in which the operation of SeaGarage is basically impossible due to the muddy bottom, high content of suspended solids in the water, harsh climate or strong currents.
8. Embedded and semi-embedded garages in cold climate require a system of anchoring and/or strengthening the walls facing the shore to prevent collapse from frost loads.
9. It is recommended, in addition to the walls of the embedded garage itself, armour shore strip adjacent to the gate with additional G1 sections.
We recommend consulting with a specialist about the feasibility of creating a protection from sediments - on the side of the gate.
10. In freezing waters bodies and shores with strong waves, it is highly recommended to use a pyramid-shaped stone lining of a wet garage with large rubble (from 100 kg) to reduce wave and ice loads
